New Loan Recipient Melba Thorn

Time Bank Member Melba Thorn recently received a loan from our Community Revolving Loan Fund. Her beautiful hand made designs are crafted from recycled materials. She makes custom glass lamps, chandeliers, tiles, knobs, planters, bowls, vases, jewelery and home accents all made from recycled and scrap glass.
